March Dazzling Divas Swap Card

Today I want to share with you the card I created and made for our group meeting swap.  The theme for this month was Spring or Easter themed cards.  I received this stamp at Leadership, it is also available to order from the Occasions Catalog.

Oh, Hello Swap Card

I attended the Spring Fest Stamping Event today, Diana Gibbs and Rhonda Morgan outdid themselves planning and preparing an awesome event.   I went with my friend, Linda Rodenberg.  We had some much needed girlfriend time and stamping therapy!
We each received this bag filled with all of the materials to complete 22 projects.

No Stampin' Up! event is complete without swapping, so here is the card I created to swap.

Burlap and Blooms for SPRING

Today I wanted and needed to spend some time in my studio being creative.   Stampin' Up! now has the Burlap and Blooms Simply Created Wreath Kit, I was able to complete this wreath in about 1-1/2 hours.  Ta-da....I love it and it reminds me of a happy Spring day. Everything is included in the kit except for scissors and adhesives.

The colors are Daffodil Delight, Smoky Slate, Soft Sky and Tangerine Tango.  I love all these colors together.  I will be hosting a class soon and you can make one of these for your door to welcome Spring!

February Dazzling Divas Make & Take

It was my turn to provide the Make & Take project for our meeting this month.  I was inspired by the ideas I saw at the Stampin' Up! Leadership Conference last month. 

The Spiral Flower Lollipops are so fun to make and very easy using the new Spiral Flower Big Shot Die from the Occasions Catalog.  I put out several packs of paper and let the gals choose what papers they wanted to use.  The ones I am showing above are made from retired Stampin' Up! DSP.  I used a mechanical pencil to roll the paper around and glue dots to adhere the pieces together.  Punch two leaves using the bird punch. Stamp banner with Early Espresso Classic Ink and using the Itty Bitty Banners Stamp Set.
