Stampin Friends Christmas Holiday Blog Hop

Welcome to the November Stampin Friends Blog Hop.  I am happy that you are joining us.  This month our theme is Christmas/Holiday.  We are each sharing cards and projects to inspire your creativity.  Whether you are arriving from Ellen Woodbridge's blog and her beautiful projects or just starting out here, you are sure to be inspired.

Let's get right to my projects.  All of the stamped images I used are from Stampin' Up!© and can be found in the 2019 Holiday Catalog or the 2019-2020 Annual Catalog!
I made a card and a home decor project featuring the Wrapped in Plaid DSP to share with you today.

Cherry Cobbler and Shaded Spruce are the colors I used to create the card.  A touch of Gold Foil Paper behind the plaid DSP adds the perfect finishing touch.

I purchased the "JOY" unfinished wood letters as a set at Hobby Lobby.  I used the Wrapped in Plaid DSP to cover each letter, added a wreath to the star made from the Sprig Punch.  I sponged ink around the edges of each and added embellishments; Jingle Bells, Shaded Spruce and Cherry Cobbler Striped Ribbons, Trees stamped and punched from the Perfect Plaid Stamp Set and Tree Punch make this complete.

To see the projects from each blogger, and continue through the hop, simply click on the next name from the blog list below.  I hope you enjoy all the creative ideas these talented stampers are showing on this hop.
To help orient yourself, you are at Barbara Welch's blog. If you are starting on my blog, simply click on Rachael Rife's name below and you will continue through the hop. She has awesome projects to share.
