Over the Top Tags for Friends

Would you like to receive a gift from a friend?  Of course, we all love that.   
I found these adorable gift bags at Hobby Lobby and knew they would perfectly match our Stampin' Up! colors.
I created an Over the Top Tag for each gift bag and one for myself as well!  I love making these large tags.  After they are used for the gift bag, they can easily be repurposed on a craft bag or tote bag!

Finished Size of the Tag:  3-1/2" wide x 9" (including ribbons)
