Welcome to the March Paper Pumpkin Thing Blog Hop featuring the No Matter the Weather Kit. This hop will show alternative ideas for using the pieces from the kit. The designs on the cards made it easy to create the three panels for my card. I wanted to show 3 types of weather - rain, cloudy, clear. Sometimes we can see that all in one day.
I used Basic Gray cardstock for my card base, Grapefruit Grove cardstock for the next layer, and cut pieces from the cards in the kit for the 3 panels. I stamped the raindrops, clouds, and sentiment with Basic Gray ink. I used pieces that are from the kit (bunny, boots, label, circle, twine, raindrop and clear dots). I stamped the small flowers with Daffodil Delight ink onto Whisper White cardstock and fussy cut them. I stamped the basket of flowers and the dashed lines with Basic Gray ink onto Whisper White cardstock. I colored the flowers and leaves with Stampin' Blends and then fussy cut the image. I adhered those pieces to the card front with Stampin' Dimensionals. Are your ready to see more alternatives for this kit? Visit each of the blogs for more creative ideas. Blog List:

Hello stampers! I wish you all a Happy St. Patrick's Day. I hope you are wearing green to avoid being pinched. Today I wanted to share some altered items I created with items from the Dollar Tree using Stampin' Up! products.
The wreath and the shamrock were unfinished wood items I purchased at the Dollar Tree. I glued Stampin' Up! cardstock and DSP to the shapes using the Multipurpose Liquid Glue. Sponged the edges with Call Me Clover Ink. The letters are from the Hand-lettered prose Dies and words from the Merry Christmas Dies.
I found these black pots in packs of 5, the gold coins and Werther's candies at the Dollar Tree. I made these adorable little shamrocks for my Pots of Gold using the Stitched Be Mine Dies for the hearts, the Classic Label Punch and saying from the Itty Bitty Greetings Set for the tiny banner in the center. I hope you enjoyed seeing my projects. Have a creative day! Live, Laugh, Love and STAMP! ~Barbara
