Gift Card Holder Make & Take Project

Who doesn't enjoy getting a gift card for Christmas?  Especially if it is handmade and as adorable as these.  I want to share with you the ones that I created for a Make & Take project for our Dazzling Divas Christmas Party.  They had a choice of Old Olive or Cherry Cobbler.

Here are the instructions if you want to make your own:

Cut base color card stock:  7 3/4" x 5"; Score on the long side at 2 1/2" & 6"
Cut DSP layers:  Top (I used Polka Dot) 2 1/4" x 4 3/4"
                          Bottom (I used Striped) 1 1/2" x 4 3/4"
White Card Stock on top inside:  2 1/4" x 4 3/4"
Cut DSP strip:  3/8" x 4 3/4"
Belly Band: 1" x 8 1/2"
Punches:  Decorative Label, Label Bracket and 2" Circle Framelit
Stamp Set:  Tags 4 You

Cut all pieces. Score and fold the largest piece.  Adhere DSP to outside of holder. Apply sticky strip to the inside edges of the smallest panel. (This is where the gift card will go). Adhere the white panel to the inside upper panel, then Stamp the "to" "from" and adhere the DSP strip to the bottom edge of the white panel.  Wrap the belly band around the holder and use sticky strip to close. Adhere stamped medallion to the belly band with Stampin' Dimensionals. Embellish with rhinestones and chalk marker.

Hope you enjoyed seeing our Make & Take project.

Dazzling Divas Christmas Gift Exchange

Oh what fun it is to...
have a gift exchange.  Our annual Christmas party would not be complete without the gift exchange.  We all bring one gift and then using the left/right Christmas story the gifts are passed around until the story ends...the gift you have in your hand is yours to keep!
I received this beautiful Stationery Set made by Diane
Diane received a beautiful Stamped Art Shadow Box made by Linda
Jane received the JOY banner that I made
Pam received the gift from Kelsey, Snowman Candle and Peppermint Hand Soap
Kelsey received the gift from Pam, a huge basket with Wine, Cookies and Candy
Linda received this beautiful Wreath made by Jane
That's all for today, now to keep stamping Christmas cards.
