SC Color Challenge

I host the Wednesday Color Challenge on Stampin' Connection, the online forum for Stampin' Up! demonstrators, each week and here is the card I created for this week's challenge. I am going to miss these colors when they retire at the end of June.

I love this set, I hope it gets to stay around another year. The Greenhouse Garden stamp set is a 2-step stamp set, meaning there are 2 stamps to create one finished image.

To stamp the flowers I inked the bold image and stamped off, then stamped the image onto the vanilla panel, this gives you a lighter color of the same ink. I then inked the second image (the lined image that fills in the center of the flower) and stamped with full ink onto the vanilla panel. This technique gives you the best color match for a 2-step stamping set.

Stamps: Greenhouse Garden, Three Little Words

Paper: Bermuda Bay, Dusty Durango, Very Vanilla
Ink: Bermuda Bay, Dusty Durango
Access: Big Shot, Square Lattice Embossing Folder, Scallop Trim Border Punch, Gold Brads, Bermuda Bay Grosgrain Ribbon, Dimensionals

I love that you stopped by today and enjoy reading your comments, please leave one if you wish.

Live, Laugh, Love and STAMP!
