I created a  8" x 8" Sampler and 2 cards to share. I added  cardstock and die cuts to complete the cards and sampler.  I also used pieces that were cut from the cards in the kit.

Stampin Friends All About Flowers and Moms Blog Hop

Welcome to the Stampin Friends April Blog Hop.  This month our theme is All About Flowers and Moms.  This theme has so many possibilities and is sure to bring you inspiration.   If you are following along the hop, you have arrived from the blog of Kim Lamos.  Be sure to read through my blog post, comment below and continue along to the blog of Anne Marie Hile. If you happen to get lost along the way, you can find a list of the Blog Hoppers at the end of each blog.

Let's get right to my projects created for this month's hop. All products used are from Stampin' Up! ©

I used the Best Dressed Suite from the Stampin' Up! Jan - June 2020 Mini Catalog.
Happy Mother's Day Card - I used Blushing Bride, Lovely Lipstick, and Whisper White Cardstock. I stamped the saying from the Dressed to Impress set using Lovely Lipstick Ink.  The die cuts are from the Stitched So Sweetly Dies.  I fussy-cut the perfume bottle images from the Best Dressed DSP.

I created this card to look like a store front window.  I used Blushing Bride, Mint Macaron, and Whisper White Cardstock.  I embossed the Whisper White strips with Pinewood Planks Embossing Folder. All images were fussy-cut from the Best Dressed DSP. (Yes I love to fussy-cut!)

I made this adorable purse using the All Dressed Up Dies.  I cut the purse from Lovely Lipstick Cardstock, and 2 pieces for the front and back panels from Best Dressed DSP.  The saying is from the Dressed to Impress set, stamped onto Whisper White using Lovely Lipstick Ink, and punched using the Pretty Label punch.  I fussy cut 2 strips and a purse image from DSP and adhered these to the front. I couldn't resist to add a Best Dressed Tassel.

Global Stamping Friends Twisted Blog Hop

Welcome to the Global Stamping Friends Blog Hop. If you came from June's blog, thank you for continuing the hop. Our theme for this hop is Twisted. We are taking a product and using it in a different way than it was originally intended.
My card and framed art project features the colors, Real Red, Blueberry Bushel, and Whisper White. All images and products used are from Stampin' Up!

I used Real Red Cardstock for the card base, Blueberry Bushel for the second card layer, and Whisper White for the card front.  I used the Brick & Mortar 3D Embossing Folder for the background on the Whisper White card layer.  I stamped the umbrella from Under My Umbrella Stamp Set onto the In-Color DSP using Blueberry Bushel ink. I punched the image using the Umbrella Builder Punch and the umbrella handle from Blueberry Bushel cardstock.  I stamped the boots and flower cluster images onto Whisper White using Tuxedo Black Memento Ink.  I used Stampin' Blends to color the images.  I fussy cut the images and adhered to the card layer using Stampin' Dimensionals.  I stamped the saying from Peaceful Moments Stamp set using Blueberry Bushel onto Whisper White cardstock. I used the Label Me Lovely Punch to punch the saying, and one from Blueberry Bushel cardstock.  I cut the Blueberry Bushel one in half and adhered to the top and bottom of the punched saying.  Adhere to the card front.

For the framed art piece, I used the wavy ribbon die from the Arts & Crafts Dies for the stripes of the flag. I die-cut 16 pieces from Whisper White and Real Red Cardstock.  I glued each one onto a 4" x 5-1/4" piece of Whisper White cardstock starting at the bottom and working up to the top, layering every other color.  After all layers are added, trim the ends to be even.  A square of Blueberry Bushel cardstock is adhered in the upper left corner and the stars are die-cut using the Stitched Stars Dies from Whisper White cardstock. I adhered this onto a Blueberry Bushel layer.  The saying is stamped from the Peaceful Moments Stamp set in Blueberry Bushel ink onto Whisper White cardstock and punched using the Classic Label punch.  I used Whisper White Crinkled Ribbon on the left side and tied the stamped label to the corner.  A die-cut from the Stitched Stars Dies and Blueberry Bushel Grosgrain Ribbon is adhered to the outer edge of the frame.

I hope you have enjoyed my take on this month's theme and I know you will want to continue on through the hop to see what others have shared.  Please take a moment to leave a comment, I enjoy hearing from you.
